Beubeu et Popo…un couple d’heureux chafouins qui nous ont offert une sacrée belle fête de mariage dans un cadre de rêve et avec une date inoubliable : 7-7-7! Encore un WE de malade avec trop pleins d’amis, c’est trop bon.

Un bateau avec des voiles et des cabines é-nor-mes, des supers amis, beaucoup (trop) de vent mais aussi plein de soleil et de richie et c’est parti pour une semaine de rigolade!

It’s been a long time since the last post, but www.snowbroader.eu is taking most of our time and energy
However an important news chafouincrew-wise is that since a couple of weeks Remi and Zit have found a solution to make their Boolimix radio shows, party mixes and more available for download on their blog.
Mellow reggae vibes, funky tracks or disco hits, it’s a treat for every avid music lover!
Last WE in Lyon, a lot was happening : Fetes des Lumieres, David’s birthday, chafouincrew and BrOADER meeting!
The best way is to celebrate with a Boolimix party on the Sirius boat. Classical funky beats, and mellow atmosphere, it was 4 o’clock before we even had time to say booooooolimix baby!

October 7, 2006. What a day, what a night. All the elements came together, and we celebrated Delphine and Erwann. Unity. Love. Friendship. Sunshine. Moonlight. Good time. Boogie! The perfect combination for a perfect day!

Ha ha! This cow made us laugh! We spend a few days in Leysin for some hikes and bike rides. We went to Lac Lioson which is a beautiful lake on the way up to Pic Chaussy. This is where we met her, the only cow chilling her legs out on a patch of eternal snow. Otherwise more pictures of flora and fauna are here. Remi & Marie c’etait bien cool de passer! Wyatt Earp, bing bing, si t’as pas 10000 dollars ben..tu peux pas poser de sortileges.
We spend a incredible WE in Brussels at Erwann and Delphine’s place. The weather was perfect the whole time so we enjoyed their garden and had some nice BBQs going. In fact we were there mainly for the Couleur Cafe festival. The setting of the festival is amazing and the atmosphere there was super relaxed. On the 2 evenings we went there, we had the chance to see big names like James Brown, Gilberto Gil, Gilles Peterson, Burning Spears, or Lee Scratch Perry, but also some less known promising bands like the partyful mexican ska band Los de Abajo, or local band The Peas Project. But maybe the highlight of the WE for us frenchy out there was the football game against Brasil! We watched it on a big screen at the festival and cheered among the mostly brasilian crowd. It’s was good fun and good atmosphere…and we must admit a crazy win for France!!! Some action pics here.
It’s been a busy WE – partywise! Starting with a live disco show on friday and climaxing with Pilou’s heavy metal birthday party – with a rockabilly flavor and a lot of broken teeth - on saturday night, we just had enough energy to chill in sunny Paris in the afternoon before taking it easy most of the sunday…
